About

Our Mission

At Caton Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, we focus on the individual. Personal attention is of utmost prominence. Whether it is in one of our arts and crafts classes, where new “artists” are born, or in a visit to our very own on-site beauty salon where each guest is warmly greeted and gently pampered. Of course you don’t have to go very far to interact with our cheerful and friendly staff; whether at our front desk, a night shift supervisor or even a member of our maintenance crew, all are sure to bring a smile to your day. Additionally, our newly decorated, air-conditioned private and semi-private rooms— feature comfortable bedroom furniture, large color TV’s as well as other amenities—are here to improve your quality of living.

Your Admission

It is you who assure us that we are carrying out our mission to its fullest. Since inception, families all across the local communities of Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk have chosen Caton Park as their home of first choice for extra special care within a compassionate, family-minded environment. Thank you for the opportunity to serve.

For Mental, Physical and Spiritual Wellbeing

Caton Park is a state-of-the-art facility where we offer warm, compassionate services that extend way beyond the medical. Our staff reflects the culturally diverse community we serve, ensuring that individual differences and preferences are respected and graciously addressed.

We accept Medicare and Medicaid and are in network with multiple HMOs and Managed Care Plans.

FACILITY VISITOR POLICY

We are happy to announce that visitation is open for all residents.

Please keep in mind that all visits will have to follow CDC guidelines for infection control, which can include, but are not limited to the wearing of PPE and social distancing. Visitors that are exhibiting signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or that have tested positive for Covid-19 should not come to the facility regardless of vaccination status.

Visitors should be aware that there are risk factors associated with visiting residents that are on quarantine or transmissions based precautions.

Should any visitor develop signs or symptoms or test positive for Covid-19, they must contact the facility immediately.

While you can visit at anytime, we recommend visits between 10AM and 8PM.

Should you have any questions, please call the Social Services Department.

Looking forward to seeing you!
