We offer a wonderful comprehensive rehabilitation and therapy program that includes medically supervised physiatry services, comprehensive physical, occupational, speech and audiology therapies, along with prosthetics and orthotics. Our programs are tailored to the needs of each individual, and family members are invited to participate in an initial interdisciplinary team assessment, at which point the physical, spiritual, and cultural needs of each new resident are evaluated.
Our clinical staff works in tandem with rehabilitative therapists and social service professionals to design an integrated program of treatment and care, including diet and exercise along with ongoing interaction with family and friends.
Rehabilitation
Our rehabilitation room provides state -of-the-art treatment including occupational therapy, whirlpool therapy and pain management equipment. Our unique simulated bedroom, bathroom and kitchen help our rehab patients reacquaint themselves with a home environment — often resulting in a quicker return home. For those who choose, Caton Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has a special housing unit with rooms for rehab patients only. A dedicated team of physicians and therapists strive to make rehab guests feel confident and capable to return to the rigors of daily life.

Wound Care
Our state-of-the-art program offers the latest treatment by physicians, nurse practitioners and our dedicated hyperbaric team. We are dedicated to assist in the healing process of our residents’ wounds. We combine an aggressive, yet compassionate and proven methods to accelerate your body’s natural wound healing capabilities.
Intravenous Therapy
Our first-rate IV therapy allows for advanced treatment of health concerns and healing approaches. From pain relief to nourishment to medicine delivery; by providing lateral treatment and healing options, we offer your body multiple tactics to recovery and healing.

HOSPICE CARE
Physical Pain can be an overwhelming concern for both the resident and their families. Caton Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center provides a special kind of care for terminally ill residents and their families. An individualized plan of care is developed jointly by the Hospice team and Caton Park staff, taking into consideration the wishes of the resident and family.

The Multidisciplinary Team is understanding of the importance of working closely with the resident and family. The team meets weekly during the course of treatment, to address vital issues in preparation and planning for the resident’s discharge.

We are happy to announce that visitation is open for all residents.
Please keep in mind that all visits will have to follow CDC guidelines for infection control, which can include, but are not limited to the wearing of PPE and social distancing. Visitors that are exhibiting signs or symptoms of Covid-19 or that have tested positive for Covid-19 should not come to the facility regardless of vaccination status.
Visitors should be aware that there are risk factors associated with visiting residents that are on quarantine or transmissions based precautions.
Should any visitor develop signs or symptoms or test positive for Covid-19, they must contact the facility immediately.
While you can visit at anytime, we recommend visits between 10AM and 8PM.
